Zenposure プライバシーポリシー
基本方針
Zenposure（以下「本アプリ」）は、フィルムカメラのための露出計です。本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、端末識別子、利用履歴、広告識別子などの個人情報を開発者が取得・保存する仕組みを持ちません。広告、アカウント、独自のアクセス解析、トラッキング、第三者製SDKは使用していません。
カメラとオンデバイス解析
本アプリは、周囲の光を測り、ライブビュー上の被写体候補を選ぶためにカメラを使用します。
- カメラ映像は露出測定とAppleのVisionフレームワークによる被写体解析にリアルタイムで使用されます。
- 本アプリには写真・動画を撮影、録画、保存する機能はありません。
- カメラ映像、輝度サンプル、被写体の矩形やマスクは端末外へ送信されません。
- AI-AUTOの被写体選択は端末上で処理され、解析結果を履歴として保存しません。
位置情報とApple Weather
本アプリは、現在の天候と日の出・日の入りから光の背景を短く表示するため、位置情報の使用許可を求めます。この機能は任意であり、位置情報を許可しなくても露出計の基本機能を利用できます。
- 現在地はAppleのWeatherKitへ現在の天候と日の出・日の入りを問い合わせるために使用されます。
- 本アプリは緯度・経度そのものを保存しません。
- 天候から生成した短い表示（例：SUNSET、CLOUD 40%）のみ、通信回数を抑えるため端末内へ最大30分程度保存される場合があります。
- Appleによる情報の取り扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
端末内に保存する設定
最速シャッター、開放絞り、フィルム感度、現在の絞り、測光補正などの設定を、次回起動時に復元するため端末内へ保存します。これらの設定は開発者へ送信されません。
外部送信と第三者提供
Apple Weatherへの天候問い合わせを除き、本アプリがユーザーのデータを外部へ送信することはありません。本アプリはデータを販売せず、広告・解析・トラッキング目的で第三者へ提供しません。
保存期間、削除、権限の取り消し
本アプリが端末内に保存した設定と天候由来の短い表示は、アプリを削除すると削除されます。カメラと位置情報の許可は、iOSの「設定」からいつでも変更または取り消せます。本アプリはユーザーアカウントや開発者側のユーザーデータベースを持たないため、開発者へ削除を申請する個人データはありません。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象として個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーの変更
機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページで告知し、最終更新日を更新します。

Zenposure Privacy Policy
Overview
Zenposure (the “App”) is a light meter for film cameras. The App has no mechanism for the developer to collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, device identifier, usage history, or advertising identifier. It contains no advertising, accounts, proprietary analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
Camera and On-Device Analysis
The App uses the camera to measure ambient light and select candidate subjects in the live view.
- Camera frames are used in real time for exposure measurement and subject analysis through Apple's Vision framework.
- The App does not take, record, or save photos or videos.
- Camera frames, luminance samples, subject rectangles, and masks are not transmitted off your device.
- AI-AUTO subject selection is processed on device, and analysis results are not stored as history.
Location and Apple Weather
The App requests permission to use your location to show a concise description of the light context based on current conditions and sunrise or sunset times. This feature is optional. The core light meter works without location permission.
- Your current location is used to request current conditions and sunrise or sunset information through Apple's WeatherKit.
- The App does not store your latitude or longitude.
- A short derived label, such as SUNSET or CLOUD 40%, may be stored on device for up to approximately 30 minutes to reduce network requests.

Settings Stored on Your Device
The App stores settings such as fastest shutter speed, maximum aperture, film ISO, current aperture, and meter calibration on your device so they can be restored at the next launch. These settings are not sent to the developer.
Data Transmission and Third Parties
Except for requests to Apple Weather described above, the App does not transmit user data off the device. The App does not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Retention, Deletion, and Revoking Permission
Settings and short weather-derived labels stored by the App are deleted when you delete the App. Camera and location permissions can be changed or revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Because the App has no user accounts or developer-operated user database, there is no personal data held by the developer that requires a separate deletion request.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any age group.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated in response to changes in the App or applicable requirements. Significant changes will be announced on this page, and the last-updated date will be revised.
