収集する情報

Retro Spectrum（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子・利用状況の解析データなどを取得・保存することはありません。本アプリには広告・解析（アナリティクス）・トラッキングのための第三者SDKは含まれていません。

ただし「曲名認識」機能を有効にしている場合に限り、後述のとおり音声から生成した特徴データ（シグネチャ）が照合のため Apple のサービスへ送信されます。

マイクの利用について

本アプリは、車内のスピーカーから流れる音を解析してスペクトラム（周波数分布）を画面に表示するためにマイクを使用します。取得した音声は次のように扱われます。

• 音声は端末内でリアルタイムに周波数解析（FFT）され、画面表示に使われます。
• マイクで取得した音声を録音・ファイル保存することはありません。
• スペクトラム表示のための解析はすべて端末内で完結し、画面に表示された後は保持されません。音声そのものを外部へ送信することはありません。

曲名認識について（ShazamKit）

本アプリには、いま流れている曲名を表示する「曲名認識」機能があります。Apple Music／ミュージック以外の音源（ストリーミング・ラジオ・CD 等）では、Apple の ShazamKit を利用してマイク音声から曲を識別します。

• 識別の際、マイク音声そのものではなく、音声から端末内で生成した特徴データ（音響シグネチャ）が、照合のため Apple が運営する Shazam サービスへ送信されます。送信されたデータの取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
• 送信されるのはシグネチャのみで、録音した音声ファイルや会話の内容が送られることはありません。識別結果（曲名・アーティスト名・アートワーク）は画面表示にのみ使われ、端末内に履歴として保存されることはありません。
• 曲名認識はメニューのトグルでオフにできます。オフにすると自動でのシグネチャ送信は行われません（この場合でも画面のダブルタップによる手動の単発実行は、明示的な操作として動作します）。

再生中の曲情報の読み取りについて（Apple Music／ミュージック）

Apple Music または端末のミュージックライブラリで再生している場合は、より正確な表示のため、OS が保持する再生中の曲情報（曲名・アーティスト名・アートワーク）を読み取ります。

• これは端末内のメディアライブラリ情報を読み取るだけで、音声やデータを外部へ送信することはありません（この経路では ShazamKit を使用しません）。
• 本アプリが再生を操作することはありません（再生・停止・スキップ等は行いません）。
• この機能にはメディアライブラリへのアクセス許可が必要です。許可しない場合でも本アプリは利用でき、曲名表示は ShazamKit 経路のみで動作します。

第三者への提供・外部送信

本アプリは、上記「曲名認識（ShazamKit）」で説明した Apple の Shazam サービスへのシグネチャ送信を除き、利用者のデータを外部へ送信しません。広告・解析・トラッキングのための第三者SDKは使用しておらず、利用者を追跡することはありません。

アプリ内課金

スキンパックの購入は Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて処理されます。購入処理および決済情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリが利用者の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Information We Collect

Retro Spectrum (the "App") does not collect personal information. We do not gather or store your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage analytics. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

The only exception is the optional "song recognition" feature: when enabled, feature data (a signature) derived from audio is sent to Apple's service for matching, as described below.

Use of the Microphone

The App uses the microphone to analyze sound from your car's speakers and display a real-time frequency spectrum. The captured audio is handled as follows:

• Audio is analyzed (FFT) on your device in real time for on-screen display.
• The microphone audio is never recorded or saved to a file.
• Spectrum analysis is performed entirely on-device and nothing is retained after it is displayed. The audio itself is never transmitted off the device.

Song Recognition (ShazamKit)

The App can display the title of the song currently playing. For sources other than Apple Music / the Music app (streaming, radio, CD, etc.), it identifies songs from microphone audio using Apple's ShazamKit.

• For matching, the App does not send the raw microphone audio. Instead, feature data (an acoustic signature) generated on your device is sent to the Shazam service operated by Apple. Data sent there is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Only the signature is transmitted; no recorded audio file or conversation content is sent. Recognition results (title, artist, artwork) are used only for on-screen display and are not stored as history on your device.
• Song recognition can be turned off in the menu. When off, no automatic signature transmission occurs (a manual one-shot lookup via double-tapping the screen still works, as an explicit action).

Reading Now-Playing Info (Apple Music / Music)

When you play music via Apple Music or your device's Music library, the App reads the now-playing information held by the OS (title, artist, artwork) for more accurate display.

• This only reads on-device media library information; no audio or data is transmitted externally (ShazamKit is not used on this path).
• The App never controls playback (it does not play, pause, or skip).
• This feature requires media library access permission. If you decline, the App still works and song display operates via the ShazamKit path only.

Third Parties & Data Transmission

Aside from the signature sent to Apple's Shazam service described under "Song Recognition (ShazamKit)" above, the App does not transmit your data externally. It contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you.

In-App Purchases

Skin pack purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store / StoreKit. Payment handling is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The App never receives your payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any age group.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
